Discovering the wine region of Southern Highlands

The wine region of Southern Highlands is located in the region of South Coast of California of Australia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Cherry Tree Hill or the Domaine Tertini produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Southern Highlands are Pinot noir, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
